Provence is today known and renowned throughout the world for its rosé wine, clear, delicate, brilliant.
But it has always produced red, tannic, joyful wines that smell of scrubland.
br />The 3 wines of the Château pay homage to the past, the present and the future by presenting the 3 local colors.
The wines are precise, crystalline and express the very particular terroir of TRIANS.
4 Cuvées complete the wine offering from Domaine de TRIANS. Notably:
Cuvée T, a voluminous and powerful red wine, composed of Grenache and Syrah. A true expression of the terroir of Provence, a sunny and heady wine. It will be aged for 18 months in old tuns.
Les Mélicots is our single-plot viognier cuvée. This plot is harvested by hand to preserve the sensitive bunches. Only the pouring of the juice will participate in the production of this white wine cuvée. The wine is fruity and demonstrative with a beautiful nose of apricot and violet. And always the saline finish, signature of Trians wines.
The Saint Clement is the rocky peak, covered with forest and scrubland, which dominates the TRIANS vineyards. We have named our organic vintages aged in undergrowth “Saint Clément”. The use of wood gives us heady, delicious, structured wines. We are looking for the evolution of the wood, much less the taste of wood. To offer the most freshness and identity relating to regional wine, we blend wines from barrels with different years and "toasting".
You will find the 3 colors, as in the Château proposal.
