A characterful Bastide with private swimming pool in an exceptional bucolic setting:
In the heart of the organic wine estate of TRIANS (Néoules – Green Provence), in the middle of 80 ha of vines , olive trees and woods, the "La Bastide" gîte offers you a rural setting conducive to very rejuvenating stays.
This 18th century building has been recently renovated for more contemporary comfort, while respecting the authenticity of the place.
On foot or by bike, along the agricultural paths, in the middle of the vineyards, the scrubland and the forest, beautiful walks are possible from our lands (Ste Baume regional park).
The cottage "La Bastide" (8/21 people) has a living area of approximately 300 m² fitted out with 6 parental suites and comfortable living spaces to meet up with family or friends.
After climbing the historic 18th century staircase, you will discover on the ground floor the very functional and well-equipped contemporary kitchen, the dining room full of history, a laundry room and its amenities, a first master suite and the living room giving access to a vast terrace with plane trees as well as to the private swimming pool. Upstairs, you will find 3 parental suites, and through a small back door you can access 2 other suites with a large south-facing terrace with a view of greenery.

- Laundry room: Washing machine, dryer, ironing board and iron, drying rack, necessary maintenance, WC.
- Historical dining room – table for 14 people
- Living room with fireplace that can be used outside periods when there is a risk of forest fires, TV with TNT satellite access

Sleeping area:
Our Bastide gîte has 6 parental suites, one located on the ground floor, the other 5 suites are upstairs. This gîte can be rented in a 4-suite configuration only according to your needs. Each spacious suite has a separate toilet and its shower room (bathroom with bathtub and Italian shower for one of them). It is possible to add extra beds for children (optional) in two of the bedrooms. Each room has several storage spaces.
Bed linen and towels are provided, beds made on arrival in the chosen configuration (double bed or 2 single beds).

Conditions:
- Seasonal rental open from April to December
- Private rental with the other villas for events that can accommodate 30 to 48 people. Privatization of 3 nights per week
- Arrival time 5 p.m. - Departure time 10 a.m. Possibility of early arrival and/or late departure depending on availability as an option
- Non-smoking area
- Pets not accepted
- 30% deposit on the day of booking, balance to be paid 1 month before arrival
- Check for €1000 security deposit to be left on arrival, returned at end of stay
